🌍 World Clock & Timezone Converter
Monitor real-time clocks across international hubs or simulate any date/time conversion with natural timezone input.
Using World Clock & Timezone Converter
See the current time in major cities, or convert a meeting time given as "9:00 EDT" into every attendee's local time and date.
How to use it
- Stay on Live Current Time to see your own zone plus UTC, New York, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, London, Paris, Tokyo, Bangkok, Kolkata and Sydney.
- To convert a specific moment, switch to Custom Date Converter.
- Type the date and time with its zone, for example 2026-10-02 09:00 EDT, or a relative time such as +2 days, then click Convert.
- Read each card's date as well as its time; far-apart zones are often on a different day.
Worked example
- Input and settings
- 2026-10-02 09:00 EDT
- Expected result
- UTC 1:00 PM; London 2:00 PM (GMT+1); Bangkok 8:00 PM (GMT+7); Tokyo 10:00 PM (GMT+9) — all on Fri, Oct 2, 2026.
Limits and common mistakes
- Zone abbreviations are fixed offsets: "09:00 EST" in October means UTC−5, one hour later than New York's actual summer time. Use EDT in summer.
- Full zone names such as America/New_York and words like "next friday" are not understood as input.
- Offsets come from your browser's time-zone data, so an out-of-date browser can miss a recent rule change.
- A time that falls inside a daylight-saving jump either does not exist or happens twice in that zone.
